What is Recrafted?

Recrafted is a Minecraft: Java Edition resource pack that overhauls the game’s textures, sounds, visual effects and shaders through innovative techniques and artistry. It’s an expression of how the game could be seen, translating curated parts of reality into a stylized form that respects the fundamentals of Minecraft’s visual language.

It’s been in development since 2024 and has been reworked several times since, each version redefining what a resource pack can do.
